Fill Out an Application Form

The first step in preparing for a stay at our Buckeye pet resort is filling out an application. Keep Vaccinations Up to Date

Safety first! All pets staying at Paws-itively Purr-fect must be current on required vaccinations, which include DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo), rabies, and Bordetella. Upon arrival, please bring a copy of their vaccination record. This helps us not only protect your pet but ensure a safer, healthier environment for everyone in our care.

Every pet is unique, but a few familiar items can help ease separation anxiety and make their time at our Buckeye pet resort feel like a mini-vacation.

Food & Treats

Bring your pet’s regular food, measured out and labeled for each day. This helps prevent upset tummies from sudden diet changes. A few of their favorite treats are also a wonderful comfort and make for great rewards during canine daycare activities.

Medications

If your pet takes medication, bring it in its original container with clear dosing instructions. Our trained team will make sure they receive their meds right on schedule.

Comfort Items

A small blanket or t-shirt that smells like home can make a big difference in helping your pet feel secure during overnight pet boarding or long-term pet boarding in their cat or dog kennel.

Leash, Collar, and ID Tags

Always have your pet arrive on a leash or in a carrier. Make sure collars and tags are up to date with your current contact information.
