Vaccination Requirements

To help keep every guest healthy and protected at Paws-itively Purr-fect, we require up-to-date vaccinations for all pets visiting our resort and salon. Pet parents must provide a copy of their pet’s vaccination record before boarding or grooming. These guidelines help us maintain a safer environment where pets can play, relax, and enjoy their stay with us. 

Pet Boarding Vaccination Policy

For pet boarding, pets must have received the following vaccinations: 

• DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo)
• Rabies 
• Bordetella (kennel cough)

Pet Grooming Vaccination Policy

Only the rabies vaccination is required for pet grooming.

Pet Boarding Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but advance notice of a cancellation allows us to offer your pet’s reserved space to another family.

• Regular Season: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee of up to 3 nights of your booking.
• Holidays: Please provide at least 5 days’ notice for cancellations. Holiday cancellations made with less notice will be charged for 3 nights of your booking.

Thank you for your understanding; boarding spots can take several days to fill, especially during busy periods.

Pet Grooming Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To keep our pet grooming schedule running smoothly and ensure every pet receives the attention they deserve, we ask all clients to follow the policies below:

• Missed Appointments: A $25 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• Running Late? Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.
• Over 15 Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
