Cancellation Policy

Pet Boarding Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, but advance notice allows us to offer your pet’s reserved space to another family.

  • Regular Season: Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may incur a fee of up to 3 nights of your booking.
  • Holidays: Please provide at least 5 days’ notice for cancellations. Holiday cancellations made with less notice will be charged for 3 nights of your booking.

Thank you for your understanding; boarding spots can take several days to fill, especially during busy periods.

Pet Grooming Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure every pet receives the attention they deserve, we ask all clients to follow the policies below:

Missed Appointments: A $25 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Running Late? Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee.
  • Over 15 Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
